Calculate the vapor pressure of oxygen (O2) at –178.24 C.

Substitution of the Antoine coefficients from the table and temperature into the equation for vapor

pressure yields:

log10 P = 6.83706 – 339.2095/(-178.24 + 268.70) = 3.08738

P = 10^3.08738 = 1222.87 mm Hg
